I had a winter coat dry cleaned there in the spring, and took it out of the bag 6 months later to wear it. I noticed a faint stain on the back of the coat. (Not blaming them for the stain, but I was disappointed that it was there after being dry cleaned). I took it back, and they took care of the stain at no additional charge. Excellent customer service! I will definitely be back.
