I thank the entire team at Trailer Depot; although I've yet to use the plow, I feel good knowing that you're close by and responsive should I need you. I'd recommend TD to anyone requiring their products or services.
Prior to the purchase and installation, TD folks were all very responsive to my email questions: Omar, Shane, and Matt are the people I dealt with. When I visited the facility for the first time, I found it clean, organized, efficient, and welcoming. They do not make anyone feel uncomfortable if he/she has never owned a truck, trailer, or plow before. Personnel are knowledgeable about the products and actually steered me from a Western light duty plow toward a SnowEx due to SnowEx's Automatixx mount system. I trusted their expertise. The actual installation was very neat and clean and Shane explained plow operation and mount/dismount until I was comfortable. I didn't feel rushed or that any question I asked was foolish.

Exceptional service and products. Wendell assisted me in sale and he was awesome -- spent time educating me on different products and gave me a great deal. Tom was awesome teaching me how to use and service the trailer. Antoinette was thorough and fast getting paperwork and registration completed flawlessly. If you need a trailer this is the place to go with exceptional professional people. Not one single negative thing to say -- this company is excellent and I highly recommend without restrictions. Very friendly untill you buy something. Went back 3 months later with a huge problem and they didn't remember us..lol. We spent good money on an all aluminum atc trailer thinking it would last a while... after 2 months the stainless steel is rusted pretty bad... a little update... they got the parts for my trailer a head of time to save on time since i use it for work... they came and got the trailer and still had it 2 weeks lol.... when the trailer was dropped off it was missing parts.. was told by owner/delivery person that the parts were missing when he picked it up.. which my cameras clearly show different...
